The 60-day guarantee does not apply to group or church licenses, which are non-refundable once issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our digital products, including text, audio, video, images, design, code, frameworks, the 7-Domain Framework itself, the 21 two-domain patterns, the audit, the radar map, the Companion Pack, and any future material, is owned by The Faithful Co. or licensed to us, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"The Faithful Man," "The Faithful Co.," and the 7-Domain Framework are trademarks of The Faithful Co. or its parent entity. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6. Pastoral, Not Professional, Content

This is the most important section of these Terms. The Faithful Man is a pastoral discipleship tool written from a Reformed Anglican Christian perspective. The content reflects biblical and pastoral conviction; it is not, and is not a substitute for:

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, marital crisis, abuse, addiction, or another serious situation, please consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction. In the United States and Canada, dial 988 to reach a mental health crisis line. The Faithful Co. is not responsible for any outcome that results from your use of, or reliance on, the content of our products in place of qualified professional care.

The theological perspective in our content is Reformed Anglican / confessional evangelical. It may differ from your own tradition's emphases. We do not claim that ours is the only faithful Christian reading of the texts cited, and you are free to disagree.

7. Prohibited Uses

8. Third-Party Services

Each of these third parties has its own terms of service and privacy practices. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance that these third parties may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We make no warranty that any specific outcome (spiritual or marital or parental or financial or otherwise) will result from your use of the products. Your engagement with the material, the work of the Holy Spirit in your life, and your own circumstances are the determinative factors. The framework is a tool, not a guarantee.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Faithful Co., its officers, agents, employees, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for:

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Faithful Co., its officers, agents, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site or our products, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to any digital product at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose consumer-protection laws give you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain available to you despite this section.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Site before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
